1.壓縮機與測試儀的連接：

將測試儀水平放在臺面上，用一根導管將貯水器的出水口（貯水器下方）與壓力控制盒（測試儀左側）進壓口連接，再用一根導管從壓力控制盒的進水口連接到測試儀的進水口（測試儀左側），重新拿一根導管連接壓力控制盒的排水口。后將空壓泵的電源插頭插入220V電源插座內，并將空壓泵電源開關按下。壓縮機旁的貯水器所裝的水應為純凈水或蒸餾水。水不足時應將貯水器上方的進水開關（閥門2）緩慢打開（向上），到內部氣壓放空后，拔掉貯水器上方管子（將插座上塑料接頭按到底即可拔出），然后從貯水器上方的漏斗里注入純凈水或蒸餾水，貯滿后將進水開關關閉（按到水平位置）。出廠時貯水器內未裝水。

2.注射器的安裝：

調節(jié)注射器安裝調節(jié)螺絲（按注射器外徑大小調到合適位置），用注射器外套卷邊固定螺絲，將注射器外套卷邊固定牢，用前后調節(jié)螺絲、上下調節(jié)螺絲、左右調節(jié)螺絲，使注射器的錐頭對準測試儀左側的標準接頭，然后將左右調節(jié)螺絲旋緊。在漏液試驗中，應將螺栓用螺帽固定在螺栓架上，此螺栓可調節(jié)上下位置，使其在注射器施壓時能頂住注射器推桿。

3.注射針的安裝：

將注射針座放在注射針座固定裝置內，針頭朝右，針座連接部嵌入固定裝置內，用注射針固定螺絲夾緊，調節(jié)上下、前后調節(jié)螺絲，使注射針的針座對準測試儀左側的標準接頭。
